Stefan told me this is permanent—up until a vampire drinks enough of my blood to take the cure for themselves. after that, I'll start aging rapidly to match however old I should be.

Depends on how hungry the vampires here are and if any of them want to be human again. So far I'd say no, but I really don't want to test it.
