[ For a moment he thinks Stephen means you specifically and almost has a conniption assuming a bunch of Lokis are running around, but no (far more crimes would have been made public by now if that were the case). ]
616-ers? Yes, but mostly x-men, which is why they likely all toddled straight to jean for guidance she won't admit it but is essentially queen of the mutants
if any of the core avengers were here i'm sure we would have heard them barfing their brave advice on the network by now
Yeah, I don't think we're at risk of any Avengers flying under the radar.
I wonder if we'll be as popular the next time the universe decides it's time to boost the population.
[ They've been lucky so far with the intake, but if the numbers from their multiverse do signify a trend and the selection process is either more random than that sizeable representation might signify or less specifically targeted toward people who aren't intentionally going to do harm...
There's not enough to go on yet, but they'll need to be wary. ]
professor x, aye telepath, old fogey nice in a threatening grandpa way but maybe that's just me mutants and avengers don't like each other but no one particularly likes asgardians either
i have the good(?) fortune to be a reality warper so i recall all the times (mostly) our universe has ended or come close to it it's a couple in the last year, at least many people forget but as my purview is stories and lies, i don't i mean to say, i wouldn't be surprised if a hoard of people from 616 fell out of the sky next time and most of them gamely shook it off
he recently started the War of the Realms everywhere suffered massive losses, he enslaved whomever he did not murder he fell when it came to midgard
i pretended to work with him, to keep an eye on his doings if you get wind of malekith surfacing when he ought to be long gone, do not allow him to commit such atrocities
also gamora the guardian of the galaxy went nuts and fused people together with the infinity stones, so maybe keep an eye on her
i think that's enough for you to look out for, atm
[ He's getting a sense that his universe might be the lite version... ]
Malekith was killed after the attempt on Earth, but if he has a tendency to crop back up in spite of that I'll keep my ear to the ground when I get back. Thanks.
There's a Gamora rattling around somewhere too, but the stones are gone. She'll have to do a fair amount of time and space travel to gather them back up for a people-fusing bender.
not to be ominous but those stones are never "gone", stephen thanos came back in our reality too as i understand it, captain marvel thwarted him THAT time but dr banner was murdered in the process she also killed tony stark but he came back because tony stark
The stones still exist in my universe, but for now they're scattered. Thanos recently used them to destroy 50% of all sentient life in the universe and subsequently destroyed the stones themselves, so the Avengers and company had to take a quick quantum trip to collect them all up again to resolve the situation.
Steve Rogers returned them back where they'd found them afterwards. They exist, but none of them are present in my time as it stands. It's going to take someone a while to collect them again if they set their mind to it, but I grant it's not impossible.
i feel like i ought to bring you up to speed on some dangerous folks in case they arrive, a strange ought not to be caught unawares
it's people like victor von doom you need to keep ahead of on the daily, he likes to torture people because he's a miserable shit dr doom melts science with magic, for example: opening up the chests of asgardians to take out their hearts and see how long it took for them to die (spoilers, horrifyingly longer than a mortal)
there are others i could mention but for the sake of brevity, victor is top-tier supervillain and always has been he will know you and what you represent immediately, even from another dimension
The one and only time I met him I had him suspended in a dimensional loop for a half hour, and when I remembered he was there and let him out he pulled some knives and dropped some petty insults so I threw Norway at him and never saw him again.
It doesn't eliminate the fact that he once initiated a Chitauri invasion of Earth, but it seems like he'd shifted gears.

Jean mentioned there are around half a dozen of you. Not a bad turnout.

Should I expect him to want my attention or to try and avoid it?
[ Is he more likely to become this guy's unwitting nemesis from the second he arrives or have to keep an eye on him through shadows? ]

I'd share in return, but I have a feeling you'll have come up against anyone I name at least three times already.

that's just mean, stephen
if he isn't trying to take over earth don't worry about him too much, he probably has other shit going on
what does he look like? old? long horns?
no subject
Pretty sure the Hulk smashed any desire to make another bid for Earth ownership out of him, so no fear there.
[ And now he's dead, so Stephen doesn't need to worry about him at all. He'll leave that one for another time - or maybe just later. ]
Around my age, maybe a little younger. Decent sized horns when he wore them. He was in a full black suit and tie last I saw him, that was a choice.

i was not always like this
sounds like a dramatic bitch t b h
[ Might say a lot coming from him. ]

Fairly sure that's synonymous.
[ With... Loki. ]

the best you can expect of him is the occasional pick-up of his avengers starkphone
be niiice haha

That's a steep ask
[ Loki knows who he's talking to ]

for saving me
I will not forget it.

[ He never has been the best at this part. ]
