It could. There's no way of knowing that it won't. But if it's in any way responsible for the UNA's effectiveness as soldiers and is fed up of being used by them, that may fall in our favor.

This is conjecture, but if the UNA have wired their soldiers into a military AI, then with its autonomy restored it may retain them as weapons. That's a lot of firepower.

And then another niggling thought: if that can be true, why assume Judas is currently a puppet? How better to subdue the human race than to take charge of its army? Its one, vast army.
